Ok, so only one of the photos is from Market Square Day. It was rainy and I didn’t take my camera out very often. I snagged one good shot of the North Church framed by multicolored balloons. I wasn’t quite in the right place to get the best shot and the sky was pretty gray, but I really liked the framing. The other photos are from a marshmallow-roasting fire pit that we went to last night. I setup my tripod, attached my fast 50 mm 1.8 lens, put the camera on manual, and manually focused to snag the shots. I varied the exposure each time to find the best fire. It turned out to be somewhere between 1 and 2 seconds at f8 – f13. These are my best fire photos to date. I’m pretty excited!!!
