The Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh was released in June 1997 and was a radical departure from anything Apple had released before. My 24″ iMac was released in September 2006 and includes much of the design direction introduced by the Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh. I compare the two in this video and discuss the lineage of these two machines.
